What is Included in a Move-In Cleaning

(Standard Service – Detailed Deep Cleaning for Empty Properties). Included Tasks:

General Cleaning (All Rooms)

Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and vents.
Dust/wipe ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, vents, and air returns.
Clean interior windows, window sills, and tracks (fingerprints, smudges, dust).
Wipe down doors, door frames, knobs, light switches, and outlets.
Dust and clean baseboards, trim, and molding.
Spot clean walls for scuffs, fingerprints, and marks.
Wipe all mirrors and glass surfaces streak-free.
Clean closets: wipe shelves, rods, doors.
Vacuum carpets thoroughly, including edges and corners.
Sweep and mop all hard floors.
Remove all trash; wipe trash bins if left behind.
